In either case, you can choose to cancel at any time. You will receive an email receipt for each recurring contribution. The receipts will include a link you can use if you decide to modify or cancel your future contributions.

The New Zealand Labour Party is required by law to keep records of all donors and donations. These are kept private unless public disclosure is required by the Electoral Act.

Any citizen, voter, organisation or company of New Zealand can donate up to $15,000 per calendar year to Labour without having their details publicly disclosed. These people can donate more than $15,000 per calendar year but their name and amount donated will be publicly disclosed. Donations to political parties are not tax deductible in New Zealand.
