Hodgson Delighted Orokonui Funding Secured

Dunedin North MP Pete Hodgson today congratulated the Lotteries Grants Board on its decision to fund the Orokonui Ecosanctuary.
"It is a far sighted decision and one that reflects the large and growing support for this remarkable initiative," Pete Hodgson said.
"I have no doubt that within ten years the sanctuary will be both a major tourist attraction and a magnet for community involvement. It will also become a major educational initiative.
"I am delighted."
