Rail for Hawke's Bay

It’s time to bring back a passenger rail service for Hawke’s Bay.

First the region must prove it has the demand and support for passenger rail.

Thousands of people are commuting in cars across the region every day to get to home and work.

Hawke’s Bay is booming, our population is growing, yet we have limited public transport options between our cities, towns and rural communities. The region already has an operational rail line that runs freight from Napier to Central Hawke’s Bay.
