I have lived in the Ōtaki Electorate for over 40 years. This is my home. I want everyone in the Ōtaki Electorate and Aotearoa New Zealand to be able to live their best lives.

This is where I was born and where I am raising my family.

I have delivered on the big issues that I campaigned on.

Through my strong local voice and advocacy, I have secured a four-lane highway (Ō2NL) and a regular train service connecting the electorate to both Palmerston North and Wellington.

I am focused on improving the local environment and wellbeing of our people including advocacy for the delivered funding of $11.8 million Lake Horowhenua and $8.5 million Waikanae River restorations.

During my term, 18 additional Ōtaki Schools now benefit from the Ka Ora Ka Ako, Healthy School Lunches Programme.

I am proud of these achievements, but there is still work to be done. In the next term I will see these programmes through to fruition and continue to work hard for the Ōtaki electorate.
