Early voting is open
Did you know that early voting is open? That means you can go out and cast your vote right now - whether you've already enrolled or not. Almost 600,000 Kiwis have already voted, and you can join them!
All you need to do is find your local voting place and they'll tell you what you need to do to vote.
Voting is the only way to ensure you have a say in which Party leads our country for the next three years. That’s why it’s really important to make your voice heard, so that together, we can make sure Jacinda and the Labour team are back at the helm for the next stage of our recovery and rebuild.
To make it as easy as possible for our supporters to get out and give their two ticks to Labour, we’ve created a handy interactive map that pinpoints all the voting places in New Zealand. You can use it to find the voting place closest to your house or work, and you can check if your nearest voting place is open today for advance voting.
If you’re keen to get out and vote today (or just want to get prepared for 17 October!), use our map to find out where you can vote.

Labour’s plan to grow the economy, create jobs, invest in our people and build back better is already underway - and it’s working. Now is not the time to change direction.
Right now, the polls show that we’re on track to make it back into Government, but we can’t afford to take these results for granted. To get over the line on 17 October, we need everyone who supports Labour to get out and vote. It’s the only way to secure another three years for Jacinda and the team.
Find out where you can vote - then get out and give your two ticks to Labour. And if you’re already sorted for this year’s election, will you share our map with your friends and family so they get out and vote too?
Thanks for all your support so far. There’s not long to go now - so let’s get out and vote, let’s stick together and let’s keep moving!
