It is an honour to be standing for Parliament in the community that raised me and continues to ground me. Having grown up in Paekākāriki and now living in Waikanae with my partner, Simon; I’m incredibly proud to call Kāpiti home. Our people, our local businesses, and our awe-inspiring natural environment reflect the very best of Aotearoa.

I first became involved in politics while I was still at school, when I realised just how deeply the climate crisis would shape the future of Kāpiti.

Serving this place and its people is what drives me. I served two terms as a Kapiti District Councillor and my focus has always been the same: to listen, to stand up with courage, and to help deliver meaningful, long-term change.

I know that, together, we can build a New Zealand where families can afford a good life, with affordable energy and well-paying jobs, where we have good public services and no one gets left behind, and where we protect and enhance our environment for the future.
