I'm Glen Bennett, Labour's candidate for Coromandel and in my second term in Parliament, I'm standing up for a better Coromandel, now and for future generations.

Across our electorate, people are feeling the pressure of rising costs, housing stress and the growing impacts of climate change on our coastlines, roads and local businesses. The Coromandel is a special place and it deserves leadership that understands both its beauty and its vulnerability.

I've spent more than two decades working in communities across New Zealand, fighting for the things that make a real difference in people's lives. Growing up in a Salvation Army family showed me first-hand how much strong communities matter when times are tough.

With experience spanning business enterprise, restorative justice, community development and youth support, I'm committed to building a stronger, fairer New Zealand.

In Parliament, I'm focused on putting locals first, warm affordable homes, accessible healthcare, decent jobs and real action on the cost of living.

I believe everyone deserves to belong, to be heard and to have a fair go.
