A city that works for everyone
Our city should be a place where public good comes before private profit, where the benefits of growth are shared, and where no one is left behind.
A City that Works for Everyone is the Wellington Local Labour Party’s practical, progressive plan to deliver change at council and build a more affordable and vibrant Wellington.
To get there, we need to focus on tackling the affordability pressures facing Wellingtonians today while putting in place the transport, infrastructure, and housing changes that will set the city up for the future.
Our plan provides Wellingtonians with a clear statement of the values and priorities we as Labour's candidates share—and a set of commitments you can hold us to account for delivering. We are proud to stand behind it.
This is our plan for a city that works for everyone.
